Because You Matter

I believe therapy is primarily an act of self- care, not just a last resort or a medicine to an ailment. Just like we do yoga or eat healthy to protect and nurture our physical health, therapy is to protect and nurture your authentic self. Therapy is about giving yourself a space to be truly heard and understood; to build a genuine connection, especially with yourself.
Imagine a cluttered closet, with no light. You keep hurting yourself in the dark, yet keep returning in search of something precious you’ve lost in there.  My aim is to help you switch on that light; Together, we'll shed light on those forgotten aspects, peeling back layers shaped by your relational experiences and rediscovering your authentic self. Therapy is a collaborative process into your inner- world.
Through a trauma-informed holistic approach, you'll gain awareness to nurture relationships that truly support your individuality and hold on to the things you value while learning to recognise and change the unhelpful patterns you have been stuck in in the past. It's a journey for us to embark on together.
